Late Mr. Hariom J. Agrawal ji was the Founder of Friends Industries Pvt. Ltd. (F.I.P.L). F.I.P.L was Established in 1977 overcoming many obstacles came in the way.
Mr. Agrawal ji was a Technically expert person and has vast experience of Automobile Industry and under his able aegis the Company got developed.
Management
Mr. Mayur Hariom Agrawal & Mr. Navin Hariom Agrawal are now on the Board of Directors of the Company and they look after the Company's all Business activities as per the guidelines set by Mr. Hariom J. Agrawal ji.

F.I.P.L Catering with ability fulfill needs of Auto Giants in Sheet Metal Pressed Heavy Fabricated Parts which includes Cutting (Profile, Plasma, Laser) as well Machining of Forged Components also having in-house Designing Tool & Dies Mfg. facility.
We M/s. Friends Industries Pvt. Ltd. had been blessed with complete Engineering setup in one place under the area about 80,000 Sq. Ft with expansion plan under long term.
F.I.P.L is ISO-TS / I.A.T.F 16949 Certified Companyan S.S.I Unit and also it is on the Approved list of Directorate General of Quality Assurance (Vehicles) of Defence Ministry / Railways & Others.
F.I.P.L has been Supplying regularly many items required by them and many other O.E.M in INDIA.
